The Harbourfront Jubilee Theatre has emerged as a community leader in the creation and development of performing arts opportunities for adults and youth in our region. Through partnership with an established performing troupe, and the institution of an original arts training and performance program, the Jubilee has become the driving force within the community to encourage and enhance interest and participation in the performing arts.
